  1. Boil water and put soba noodles to cook as directed on your package.
  2. Rinse and strain the water and put noodles in a container.
  3. Mix natto until it gets sticky.
  4. Grate Daikon radish and drain excess water.
  5. Shape grated daikon into a big ball (for bottom of snowman) and a small ball (for the head).
  6. Put black sesame seeds as eyes and carrot stick as a nose.
  7. Place Natto and Daikon snowman on the Soba noodles
  8. Pour noodle soup over noodles.
  9. Place green onion and Nori seaweed as toppings.
