  1. Grate the cauliflower florets in a mixer jar.
  2. In a pan heat sesame oil. Add chopped garlic and grated ginger. After one minute add chopped onion. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add chopped carrot, green peas and chopped capsicum. Cook for 2 minutes on high flame.
  4. Add salt, sugar, soya sauce, chilli sauce and pepper powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Now add grated cauliflower. Mix well. Add some water and close the pan with a lid. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add vinegar. Cook for another two minutes.
  6. Switch the flame off. Garnish with chopped spring onion. Serve hot.
