  1. First marinate chicken cut its flat in 2 to 3 pieces and hit meat hammer to flatten.
  2. Now for marinate mix all Ingredients and spread on chicken one by one keep for 1 hour.
  3. Now take oil in pan and cook the marinated chicken.oven it for 5 mint as turn its side after 5 mints cook both sides.
  4. Now veggie cut And steam it or once boil so after strain then stir fry in oil add vinegar while boiling or steam.
  5. As the chicken tenders it has some gravy add stir fry veggie in it if needed add salt and black pepper. To taste
  6. Now boil rice and keep aside for presentation. Now make white sauce to make : melt butter add maida stir it as golden add in it milk and whisk well add salt and black pepper.
  7. Whisk add cheese cheddar 1/2 cup crush as thickens remove from stove and blend in blender juicer a creamy texture sauce is ready.
  8. Serve the steak with veggies and sauce and enjoy
