  6. Take 3-4 cups chicken stock
  7. Get 1 cup butter

  12. Get 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
Instructions to make Traditional Stuffing(filling):
  1. In a large bowl mix bread cubes and pepperidge farm stuffing mix.
  2. In a large skillet melt butter. Add onion, celery and carrots.
  3. Saute until vegetables are soft and translucent. Add approximately 2 cups of chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
  4. Remove from heat. Pour vegetables over bread mixture. Mix well.
  5. Beat 2 eggs and pour over mixture along with remaining dry ingredients.
  6. Add additional stock a little at a time until it reaches your desired moistness.
  7. Cover and bake at 350F for 45 minutes. (Can also be used in bird)
