Stir fry is one of the most well liked of recent trending foods in the world. It’s appreciated by millions every day. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. Stir fry is something which I’ve loved my entire life. They are fine and they look fantastic.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook stir fry using 6 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Stir fry:
  1. Prepare Fresh mushrooms
  2. Get Purple onion
  3. Prepare Red, orange and yellow sweet peppers
  4. Make ready Butternut squash
  5. Make ready Jasmine rice
  6. Prepare Peanut sauce
Instructions to make Stir fry:
  1. Measure 2 cups of water into a sauce pan. Bring water to a boil. Add 1 cup of jasmine rice to the pot. Boil for 5 minutes. Turn off stove; place lid on pot to steam rice to perfection.
  2. Slice several peppers and half of the purple onion into long slivers. Slice mushroom caps and stems into thin slices. Peel and deseed a butternut squash; cut half of it into bite size chunks.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet. Sautée vegetables in the skillet until fork tender (or to your preferred tenderness).
  4. Add peanut sauce to vegetables, stir.
  5. Serve veggies over rice. Enjoy!
