  1. Place 200ml of water in a saucepan along with the castor sugar. Heat gently then add the Sangria and berries. If you have a Bundt pan, great but if you are like me and don’t use a flan tin and a small baking ramekin placed upside down in the centre.
  2. When you have heated gently to infuse all the flavours, leave to cool. Pour some of the sangria into the flan tin with ramekin and place in the freezer.
