Place a single layer of sliced lemons onto baking sheet. After patting the shrimp dry with paper towels, place shrimp on top of the lemons in a single layer. In a medium bowl, toss with the shrimp with the olive oil, garlic, oregano, onion powder, and kosher salt. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, add the shrimp.

  1. Soak the glass noodles in cold water for at least 20 minutes while chop up some vegetables & bacons. Just leave glass noodles in the water.
  2. Heat up the pan with vegetable oil. Add bacons and fried lightly
  3. Add garlic m, coriander root (or stalk) and garlic. Stir fry them together until they smell nice and cooked.
  4. Add a cup of water. Then add oyster sauce, soy sauce, maggi sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and rice wine into the pan. Bring it up to the boil.
  5. When they are boiling, Add prawns in. When they turn orange on one side, flip them.
  6. When prawns are cooked, add glass noodles on top. Stir a little then coat glass noodles in the sauce. Reduce to medium heat -high heat then close the lid for 3 minutes. We want glass noodles to absorb all the lovely cooking sauce.
  7. After 3 minutes, add celery then close the lid for 15 seconds. Turn off the heat. Garnish with chilli and coriander. Then serve.

In a medium bowl, toss with the shrimp with the olive oil, garlic, oregano, onion powder, and kosher salt. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, add the shrimp. Pour the remaining sauce on top, and again toss to make sure all the shrimp is well-coated. Push vegetables to one half of the pan, and add the shrimp on the other half of the sheet pan. Shrimp should be in one layer, do not crowd.
