The ingredients needed to make Mango Flan:
  1. Get 2 cups full fat milk
  2. Make ready 1 cup mango pulp
  3. Take 4 tbsp sugar–(adjust)

  6. Get 2 eggs
  7. Get 2 teaspoon custard powder
  8. Make ready 2 tbsp sugar for caramelization

Steps to make Mango Flan:
  1. In a heavy bottom pot caramelized the sugar and pour into custard mould and keep it aside
  2. Heat milk in a pan add sugar and mix well
  3. Dissolve custard powder in two tablespoon milk, and add to milk, mix well
  4. Stir continuously until milk thickens. Switch off the heat and cool the custard to the room temperature
  5. Add mango pulp to custard and mix well
  6. Blend two beaten eggs and mango essence, in the custard,until well combined
  7. Add chopped almonds and mix. Pour the mixture into prepared mould over caramelize sugar.
  8. Steam this custard for 20 to 25 minutes
  9. Let it cool this prepared flan on room temperature.
  10. Refrigerate flan for three to four hours until set.
  11. Take it out from the refrigerator and decorate it with cherries and mango
  12. And the chilled mango Flan is ready
