  5. Sprinkle black pepper on top if desired. Bake 50 minutes, then let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Freezing instructions: Cover in foil and freeze, unbaked. Lay out a tortilla and add chicken, shredded cheese, and avocado to the end of the tortilla and roll.
