2. Boil 1 1/2 cups broth or water with 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon with 1/2 stick butter mix in stuffing and remove from heat and fluff with a fork
3. Mix sour cream, both cans cream of chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Spread mixture over chicken and vegetables and top with shredded cheese and spoon on prepared stuffing.
4. Bake for 45 minutes uncovered
5. Serve with French fried onions on top if desired
