All Meat and Veggie items served with Gina's Marinara Sauce & Melted Mozzarella. Add sausage and sauté until cooked through and browned.

  1. Saute sausage with olive oil and garlic, breaking up the sausage into bite size pieces. In the mean time, microwave the vegetables per the directions on the bag, around 6 minutes per bag.

  3. Add arugula and cook until wilted. Turn off heat and stir in parmesan cheese.
  4. Serve as is or over pasta. Enjoy!

Add remaining tablespoon of avocado oil to the pan, then the onion and fennel. Once all the veggies are nice and tender, pour in the chicken broth, salt, and rice.
