  1. 24Guajillo chiles, stemmed&seeded - Half onion - 6garlic.cloves boiled together at end put tomato cut an x on bottom to cook faster - peel skin off before blending - Simmer strainned sauce with oil & a bayleaf then, cut shrimp into bite size pieces - Sear shrimp with melted butter, red bell pepper, onion, spinach, tomatoe & minced garlic - heat oil to fry tortillas dip in sauce roll up with shrimp & oaxaca cheese - Top dish with as much cheese desired and add remaining sauce heat in oven @375f for 20mins
  2. Served with your favourite rice & any type of bbq beans of your choice made such a great combination with both sauces it's unbelievably delicious! :D ENJOY!!!
