  16. Take 300 g Soy bean
  17. Take 200 g Ikan bilis
  18. Prepare 10 g White pepper
  19. Take Add rock sugar and salt to taste
  20. Take 7 L water
Instructions to make Childhood prawn noodles:
  1. Heating 6 tablespoon of cooking oil in a Wok and stir fried the chopped red onion and shallots for 2 minutes before adding the prawn shell. Continue to stir fried till the prawn shell getting lighter and dry, it takes about 20 minutes to be done.
  2. Put all stock ingredients in the pot and boil for 20 minutes
  3. Add in the lean pork and continue simmer the stock for another 40 minutes
  4. Take out the pork and leave it cold before slicing it
  5. Blanch the fish cake and prawn meat for 1 minutes in the stock
  6. Blanch the noodles, bihun and Kangkung in separate pot
  7. Place the noodles, bihun, Kangkung, fishcake slices, pork slices, prawns, and ladle the stock over. Top up with fried shallots for more intense soup taste.
