  2. Heat deep pan,add big cardamom, green chillies,bay leaves, cinnamon, sliced onion and saute.
  3. Add carrots and green peas,val beans,saute,add ginger garlic paste.add palak puree,saute add soaked rice mix well add salt and water. Cook on medium heat until boemes soft.add salt
  4. Squeeze lemon juice,again add 1tspoon desi ghee.serve hot with papad and raita.
