  20. Take 2 inch ginger grated or chopped
  21. Get 1 tablespoon corn flour
  22. Make ready 1 cup vegetable stock
  23. Take 3-4 tablespoon soya sauce
  24. Prepare 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  25. Get 1 tablespoon green chilli sauce
  26. Take 1 teaspoon red or green chilli sauce
  27. Take 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  28. Get to taste Salt and black pepper Powder
Instructions to make Veggie Manchurian Balls:
  1. Combine all the mixed vegetable in a large bowl, add salt and soy sauce so the mixture so it releases all the water.
  2. Squeeze out all the water and Put that in a different bowl.
  3. Add ginger garlic pepper powder plain flour and cornflour. Only add enough flour to give it a binding.
  4. Knead it into a dough like mixture.Divide the mixture into 8 to 10 balls of bite size round balls.
  5. Once the oil is preheated in the deep frying pan; add about 5-6 balls at a time into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  6. Fry on medium heat so the balls get cooked from the inside. - Drain the excess oil from Manchurian balls.
  7. Manchurian Sauce - - In a small mixing bowl; add in the 1 tbsp corn flour along with 2 tbsp of water or vegetable stock. Stir to combine the flour into the water and set aside.
  8. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan on high heat; add garlic, ginger, green chillies, spring onions and stir fry for a few seconds.
  9. Now add soy sauce, ketchup, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, pepper powder and salt. Stir in 1cup of water.
  10. Add the corn flour mixture to the above wok and cook for a few minutes until thick and the corn flour is cooked. - Adjust the seasoning if required.Serve hot with rice or Noodles.
