  3. Sautéd in medium pan with olive oil kale (broken into 1 1/2 inches in length) and cherry tomatoes (cut in half)

Serve tilapia over arugula and tomatoes; drizzle with sauce. I used sole rather than tilapia, and mixed baby greens instead of arugula. It turned out fantastic, and was super simple to make.
