  4. Add a pinch of yellow colour (dissolve in milk) to the makhana kheer for the light beautiful yellow tint.
  5. Cook the makhana kheer till it done or it became 3/4 in quantity
  6. Add green cardamom powder to the kheer
  7. Mix well and take it off the heat.Let it cool to room temperature and then keep in the refrigerator to chill
  8. Serve this yummmyyy and delicious kheer chilled
