  1. Take a mixer jar and washed the soaked moong daal and add the green chilli ginger garlic and cover the top and grind it for 2min. and make the smooth paste.
  2. In a large bowl add all the ingredients except oil and mix well.
  3. Heat the dosa tava grease with oil and take a full of table spoon chilla mixture and spread round shape like a dosa. Put some oil on it and cook whenever change into golden brown.
  4. Chilla is ready serve it with sauce.
