  1. First Take a big pot and soak wheat and oats together overnight
  2. In the next morning drain water of wheat
  3. And add fresh 2 litre water,turmeric powder and 2 tbsp ghee and boil it
  4. In another pan add half cup ghee and add 1 tbs garlic ginger paste and add meat in it
  5. Fry it and then add Haleem masala pack accept 2 tbsp
  6. And 2 glass of water and cook well
  7. After boiling wheat blend it gently
  8. And shift in another big pot
  9. Turn on flame full and cover it
  10. After boiling this mixture and according to consistency add water and turn flame slow
  11. And cook it maximum 35 minutes
  12. Now meat is cook done shredded it with the help of spoon
  13. Please don't use chopper
  14. After 35 min that mixture is complete so add beef and mix gently
  15. And sprinkle lajwanti for laceI
  16. In another pan heatup 1 cup ghee and add 1big onion slice till golden then add 2 tbs Haleem Masala
  17. And put it on the Haleem
