4. Roll the hotdog up and fry putting the flap side down. After 1 minute turn over and fry 1 minute more, this doesn't take long, they will burn quick. Move to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils
5. Dice the tomato and avocado mix the avocado with lemon juice.
6. Mix all the salad ingredients. dress with the dressing
