Instructions to make Keto Chicken Wings - 4 ways:
  1. Lemon and herb sauce - add lemon juice, garlic, parsley to a food processor and blitz well until it forms a paste. Add mayo and powdered sweetner and mix well with a spatula. Season salt and pepper.
  2. Keto Buffalo Sauce - in a saucepan add butter, when melted completely add rest of ingredients, mix well. Let sit, melting together for a couple more minutes.
  3. Sweet chili - In a bowl, add all ingredients together, mix well.
  4. Keto Ranch Sauce - add all ingredients, mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Keep refrigerated until consumption.
  5. Split your grilled wings in 3 (I did in 4 as I kept a few plain). Add them to 3 separate bowls.
  6. Pour each sauce in one of the above bowls and mix well.
  7. Served with the Ranch Sauce and a side of homemade coleslaw!
