The ingredients needed to make Rice pudding:
  1. Make ready 1 cup rice
  2. Make ready 500 ml milk
  3. Make ready 1 1/2 cup sugar

  7. Prepare 1/2 cup Pomegranate
  8. Take 1/2 cup dry coconut hoof (khaman)

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, sugar and nutmeg; pour over rice. The pudding is done when the rice and milk have amalgamated into a thick porridge-like consistency. DO NOT OVERCOOK or the pudding will be solid instead of creamy once cooled. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Steps to make Rice pudding:
  1. Take rice wash it add water and sock rice for 2 hours
  2. Now take socked rice add almost 3 cup of water and cook it till it become very soft.
  3. Now take cooked rice add milk,cream and sugar and grind it till it become nice smooth mixture.
  4. When it come on Room temperature add curd and mix it well
  5. Now your rice pudding is ready keep in freez and serve it cool garnish it with pomegranate and coloured coconut khaman
  6. Enjoy rice pudding

DO NOT OVERCOOK or the pudding will be solid instead of creamy once cooled. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Turn into a bowl or cups. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. When milk is boiling, add rice and reduce to a simmer.
