Add the rice-flour paste to the boiling milk, stirring vigorously with a wooden spoon.   6. Put the pyrex on the oven for 30 to 45 min or until top looks gold and crispy. Mean while In a pan over low heat mix the sugar and water mix until sugar is dissolved set apart. Once cold add half lime juice.
  7. This tastes better right outside the oven. Cut in squares or diamonds Drizzle evenly the pistachos. Once each serving is plated add 2 tbs or more of syrup on top the cake.

Add the rice-flour paste to the boiling milk, stirring vigorously with a wooden spoon. Leave on very low heat and continue to stir constantly until the mixture thickens, being careful not to let it burn. Use a food processor to finely chop the frozen, shredded phyllo dough. The strands should be about the size of a grain of rice. Pour the dough into a large mixing bowl.
