  1. Make ready 200 Seer Fish (sliced as cubes or 2 plain ones)
  2. Make ready 4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  3. Get Chilly sauce Hot
  4. Take Ginger
  5. Prepare 4 Cloves Garlic
  6. Take 1 Lemon slice
Steps to make Seer Fish Steak:
  1. Prepare the Sauce. Take Soy Sauce and Hot Chilly Sauce in a bowl and mix well. Add grated Ginger and sliced Garlic to it and keep it for some time. Add Lemon juice to it and the sauce is ready.
  2. Marinate the Seer Fish in the sauce and keep it for 30 mins
  3. Fry the marinated Seer Fish in a very hot pan for a few seconds. Once the outer skin get slightly fried, take those fried fish
  4. Now bake them in a Microwave for 5 minutes (In Medium Heat). Before baking you can pour a little of the remaining sauce if you have, or else bake it as such. If you bake it for too long the juice inside the fish will be lost (But some prefer that way)
  5. Prepare some side salad and serve it hot along with fries
