  3. Then you can start make the coconut cream sauce. Add the coconut milk into bowl (microwave safe), add sugar, and salt. Microwave it for 2 minute. Take off then stirring well until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Pour 1/2 - 1 cup the coconut milk mixture into rice cooker. Stir quickly to mix. Then switch the rice cooker on “cook” again. When it stops, and the rice is done (I like to keep it warm)
  5. Now in a small bowl combine he cornstarch and water. Then pour into coconut milk. Take it to the microwave. And microwave every 30 seconds, remove and stir until the mixture becomes slightly thick (about 2 minutes)
  6. To serve, transfer the sticky rice into serving plate or bowl. Peel and slice the mango as you desire place the sliced mango on the top or side of the rice, then pour few spoonful of the coconut cream sauce over the rice. Enjoy!
